Intelligent Patient Access
for Healthcare

From the first inquiry

How Korenact works

A patient gets in touch. Korenact gathers the details, checks your rules, and either completes an allowed action or sends the request to your team.

  1. 01

    A patient gets in touch

A call or message arrives on a channel your clinic has activated.

  2. 02

    Capture the request

Identify what the patient needs, their language preference, and any missing details.

  3. 03

    Check clinic requirements

Check identity, access, opening hours, and any staff approval needed.

  4. 04

    Choose how to handle it

Use approved office information, a scheduling workflow, or a staff queue.

  5. 05

Complete it or hand it over

Carry out the allowed action, or send the request and conversation to staff.

  6. 06

    Record the result

Confirm the connected system’s result before reporting an action as complete.

Language preferences

Route requests by language and department

A patient asks for help in Spanish or Kinyarwanda. Use that preference to route the request to a team your clinic has configured, with a fallback if that route is unavailable.

Route requests to the languages your team supports.

Match a patient’s language preference and department to a staff queue. Set a default queue for requests with no matching route.

Staff handoffs

Give your team the conversation, not just a task

When a request needs a person, the conversation, collected details and summary go to the configured staff queue together. Your team can see what the patient asked and what has already happened.

Your staff review the queue and decide when to respond.

Appointment requests

Check the details before booking

Gather the date, time and required information, then apply your scheduling rules. An appointment is confirmed only after the connected calendar completes the booking.

  1. 1Receive the request
  2. 2Check booking requirements
  3. 3Look up availability
  4. 4Present supported options
  5. 5Confirm the patient’s details
  6. 6Run the calendar action
  7. 7Check the calendar result
  8. 8Tell the patient what happened

Your calendar connection determines which booking, lookup, rescheduling, and cancellation actions are available. Automated reminders and follow-up campaigns need additional implementation.

Administrative intake

Before you start

Questions about a pilot

Talk through your workflow
What can our clinic use Korenact for?

Answer office questions, handle supported appointment requests, collect scheduling details, and send requests to staff. Your clinic decides which information it can use and which actions it can take.

Do we have to replace our systems?

No. Start with a supported calendar and your clinic’s approved office information. EHR, EMR, and other healthcare system connections are separate integration projects.

Which channels are available?

Phone and SMS are available after account and number setup. Staff can test conversations in the workspace. WhatsApp, email, a public website chat widget, and patient-app connections are coming soon.

Can we route requests by language?

Yes. Set up staff queues by language and department, with a default queue when no route matches. Your team chooses which languages it can support and when staff respond. Routing does not provide translation or guarantee an immediate response.

What happens when a patient needs a person?

Staff receive the request in a review queue, along with the conversation and details they are allowed to see. Your team monitors that queue and follows its own response process.

Does Korenact make clinical decisions?

No. It handles administrative patient access. Clinical questions go through your staff and escalation process. Korenact does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace clinical judgment.

How do we start a pilot?

Pick one office task and name the staff member responsible for it. Together, we review your channels, systems, information access, and data needs. We agree on scope, price, evaluation criteria, and who handles setup before rollout.

Healthcare is our primary focus. Other service organizations can also use Korenact’s configurable administrative workflows.
