Plans for healthcare facilities & clinics

Start with one workflow.
Expand after the pilot.

Begin with the office questions, appointment requests or staff handoffs your team handles most. Your proposal covers the setup, usage and support that work requires.

Contact sales for pricing. Scope and costs are agreed before activation.

Before you choose

Straight answers about pricing.

How is a subscription priced?

We scope the workflows, expected conversation volume, channels, calendar setup, and support your organization needs. Your written quote specifies the recurring subscription, any setup costs, usage allowances, and applicable overages before you commit.

Are connection and communication charges included?

Phone numbers, communication usage, and connected software may carry separate charges. Your quote will state what is included and what is billed separately. Calendly also requires an eligible paid plan for direct booking.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. Start with one bounded workflow and agreed evaluation criteria. The pilot scope, duration, price, and any move to a recurring subscription are documented before activation.

Do you offer annual subscriptions?

Billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, and any annual commitment are agreed in your order form. No subscription or automatic charge is created by requesting a quote.

Which integrations can we use first?

Google Calendar and Calendly are the first supported scheduling connections, configured with your authorized account. One calendar integration is currently supported per organization. Other calendar, CRM, and operational systems are assessed individually.

Does the Organization tier include SSO or compliance certification?

The Organization tier starts with a requirements review. It does not automatically include SSO, a compliance certification, an SLA, or a regulated-data agreement. Any requirement must be confirmed in writing before purchase.
