For clinics and healthcare facilities

Help with the work
at your front desk.

Use Korenact for office questions, appointment requests and scheduling changes. Your team decides what it can handle and when a staff member should take over.

Care settings

Start with a task
that fits your facility.

Choose an administrative task for your pilot. Agree on the information Korenact can use, the systems it needs and the staff responsible for follow-up.

01

Outpatient clinics

Answer questions about office hours and locations, collect appointment requests, and handle supported scheduling changes.

Start with office information or one calendar connection.
02

Specialty practices

Share your practice’s administrative information and pass questions that need a person to your office team.

Your practice approves the answers. Clinical questions go to qualified staff.
03

Healthcare facilities

Decide which requests Korenact can handle, which department should review them, and when staff approval is needed.

Review calendars, access and staff responsibilities before rollout.
04

Community health organizations

Share office information, record language preferences, and send requests to the staff responsible for follow-up.

Confirm supported languages and staff responsibilities during pilot planning.
05

Behavioral healthcare

Evaluate administrative requests with restricted permissions and a clear process for bringing in staff.

Clinical and crisis care remain with qualified people and established services.
06

Home healthcare administration

Collect administrative requests and pass the relevant details to your home healthcare office team.

Visit dispatch and clinical-system updates need additional integration and review.
07

Multi-location facilities

Agree on the information patients receive and the staff responsible for requests at each facility.

Review location-specific calendars, access and routing before rollout.

Everyday requests

Office questions, appointments
and staff follow-up.

These are practical places to begin. Your team approves the answers, scheduling permissions and handoff process.

Routine office questions

Answer questions about hours, locations and scheduling using information your team approves. Send clinical or unclear questions to staff.

Appointment administration

Collect the required details. Check identity, permissions and any required approval before booking or changing an appointment.

Staff follow-up

Keep the request, language preference and allowed conversation details together in your staff review queue.

Explore healthcare workflows

Your team

for patient requests.

Give each team the access it needs. Staff can review requests, approve restricted actions and see what happened.

Front-desk teams

Review appointment requests and conversations that need a person. Korenact can answer repeat office questions using your approved information.

Your existing systems

Keep your systems.
Connect Korenact.

Start with Google Calendar or Calendly. If your facility needs a connection to healthcare records or practice management software, we’ll review that as a separate integration project.

Explore integrations

Supported scheduling

Book, look up, reschedule and cancel appointments with Google Calendar. Calendly supports eligible bookings, lookups and supported cancellations.

Healthcare records & practice management

EHR, EMR and patient-management connections require a custom integration project. This release does not include a ready-to-use healthcare-records connection.

Facility deployment

Agree on hosting, access, data handling, service agreements and who will operate the deployment.

Each organization can use one scheduling connection in this release. Direct rescheduling through Calendly is not supported.

Rules and permissions

Decide what Korenact
is allowed to do.

Set the information it can use, the actions it can take and when it must ask staff for approval.

Set the limits for your clinic.

Decide what Korenact can answer, what it can change, and when it must ask staff for approval.

Planning your pilot

Test one task
before going live.

Choose a staff owner and a task to evaluate. Your facility reviews the test results before deciding whether to put it into use.

  1. 01

    Pick a task to test

Start with office questions, appointment requests or a staff handoff. Agree on the information needed and what a completed request should look like.

  2. 02

    Assign the staff owner

Set identity checks and permissions. Review privacy, consent and contractual requirements before using patient data.

  3. 03

    Set up and test

Add approved office information and connect a supported calendar if the task needs one. Use synthetic scenarios to test routine requests, missing details and failed actions.

  4. 04

    Review before going live

Your facility approves the tested process. Staff monitor requests that need attention and review the recorded outcomes.

Before using patient data

Start with administrative tests and synthetic scenarios. Before using patient data, your organization must review security, privacy, consent and contractual requirements. Korenact does not replace clinical judgment. No compliance certification or healthcare data agreement is currently offered.
