Korenact for nonprofits

Make it easier to reach the people who can help.

Support program inquiries, volunteer appointments, and general intake while giving staff a clear record of the person’s request.

Plan your first workflow

An example conversation

“I’d like to speak with someone about volunteering.”
  1. 01Gather the person’s interest and preferred contact information.
  2. 02Collect a meeting date and apply the program’s scheduling rules.
  3. 03Book a supported appointment or place the request in the staff queue.

Illustrative workflow. Available actions depend on your configured rules and connected system.

Where to start

Make everyday requests easier to manage.

01

Organize program inquiries

Capture the reason someone is getting in touch and collect only the information needed for the next step.

02

Coordinate introductory meetings

Schedule a volunteer orientation or staff appointment through the organization’s connected calendar.

03

Route requests with context

Make restricted or unclear requests visible to staff with the conversation attached for review.

A consistent point of contact

Less repetitive scheduling work

Human review for sensitive needs

A clear scope

Know what’s included.

Begin with general information and appointment intake. Eligibility decisions, benefit approvals, crisis support, donor payments, and case-system updates stay with authorized staff unless separately implemented and reviewed.

Google Calendar supports booking, lookup, and supported appointment changes. Calendly supports booking, lookup, and single-invitee cancellation; direct rescheduling is not available. Account authorization and workflow evaluation are part of activation.
